Danger averted! There will be no Betrayal at Calth nor 30k. Something happened while I was making a test figure just to figure out if I wanted to invest..
..and it’s basically my version of a Grey Knight! Payce from LD10 gave me a massive bits haul this weekend and it gave me the necessary parts (thanks man, you rock 😀 )
I basically wanted something dark, messed up and fanatical.
I’ve added both pieces that are practical utilities and more of the ott ornamentation.
It is a quite drastic departure from shiny silver knights but the core design elements are present though.
He’s truescale and mounted on a 32mm base. When I was working on the test figure it didn’t make sense as it was so off for me. That’s why I started in the truescaling and then it led to this chap. I’ll use this one and some more of his brethren first in my INQ setting and we’ll see where it all ends eventually 🙂
