As the Blood Pact has outsmarted the other warbands..reckoning is at hand! As the supposed hunters becomes the hunted..
The Blood Pact moves with utter confidence but realize quickly that they have walked into a trap and must escape at all cost..
The hunting hounds and Alfa is sent out as vanguard to keep the enemy warbands at bay so the others can escape..
The threat of violence again manifests itself in Uldun as he yet again reverts to his most primal form…a bloodwolf..
The Black Pox engage the feral beasts of the Pact but Alfa fights off the centaur..
The Oratio targets the hunting hounds first, killing one and making the other flee…
The giant engages the Pact and the Butcher is forced to throw everything at it..but the influence of Hormidac, the goremage turns even more warriors into bloodwolves..
However the Blood Pact is overwhelmed and one after another they are taken out..overpowered by brute force…
Fighting for survival the Blood Pact desperately seeks a way out but they stand no chance in breaking through and are forced to fight..
Even with the minotaur falling to the ravages of the Pox the mightiest of the Blood Pact are brought low by sheer volume…
…and as the Blood Pact are brought under half strength, they realize that the battle is lost and slink away, wounded and put in place…
Standings after Game 3
Blood Pact 6 patron points
Black Pox 6 patron points
The Oratio 6 patron points
This just keeps getting better and better. . .
It’s starting to tighten now and all are well aware of each others strengths and weaknesses
This is so much fun to follow! And at 6 patron points each after 3 games…. 🙂
Yeah it was a nailbiter 😅
And that Magnus conversion is just insane. So cool.
Totally agree 😀
I like the idea of this multi-sided fighting, and the balance available to the campaign by including a scenario like this.
It was one of the key elements throughout. Multi warband scenarios but with mechanisms that keeps the balance.
