Sideshow Extravaganza #13

In this months White Dwarf issue a boyhood dream comes true!

Little did I know when I was invited to join the Tor Megiddo event that it would end like this with all warbands getting a full Blanchitsu feature!

A lot, if not most has been said of Tor Megiddo but what’s most lasting for me is the months leading up to the event and the awesome backroom chat group we had. It was just a blast!

Luckily most of us are still in regular contact with each other in various other groups and it has led to several more awesome events like Colossi of Rhossum Secundus and Legen for example. Probably more to come too.

But yeah, what a fantastic ending to an awesome experience!

I spotted that when my copy arrived yesterday, although I admit I didn’t look at the name straight away and there was a long moment when I was looking at the pictures thinking “These models are really familiar! Where have I seen them before?” Anyway, congratulations, a well deserved accolade! 😀

  3. So cool man. Can you post more pictures of the war band please?

Fantastic. The Blanchitsu articles are always my first read in the WD. Having just returned to 40K after a 25yr absence I’m finding the INQS28 stuff and related works very inspirational. Even an old grognard like me can be taught new tricks! Great work and the sort of creativity I love about the hobby.

That is something to be proud of. Great work.

    Cheers,

    Pete.

I am so jealous of the group you guys have grown into. I am feeling motivated to tap into something similar here in Toronto. I know it is a weird ask, but I would love to hear the story of how you all came to know each other. I want to emulate the awesomeness.

    • I guess we just gravitated towards each other as the «28» scene isnt that big in reality.
Most importantly is getting together with likeminded people and create something – taking it from there.

So much awesomeness! *does the happy dance* * does the happy dance* 😀

Congratulations. That is very well deserved. I’m surprised that this is your first spread in the magazine. Your work really nails the proper grim-darkness.
